Unprofessional Agency

Due to hardship and health illnesses, I have been trying to be compliant with paying my debts with this collections agency. I have never been treated as rude and spoken to unprofessional. The woman refused to answer any questions. When asked to send me information to where to send payments she said I needed to figure that out. After my firm response that I am sure it wouldn't be an inconvenience for her company to resend it she hung up. Now I am being harassed even after I had attempted to work with them.
